We are the largest independent online retailer of natural health and beauty products in Europe. We have our own websites for each country that we sell in and also work with global on-line retailers. We have a range of over 1200 products, all manufactured and warehoused at our head office in Neath, situated near to the city of Swansea, in South Wales. Our growth over recent years has been double digit, and we are now investing in our facilities and people to ensure we meet our future growth targets.
We like to keep our customers happy and as such fulfil over 4000 orders a day from our distribution centres. Our largest markets are GB, Germany, France, Italy and Spain and we have also recently launched in the US.
Delivering Excellent Customer Service is at the heart of our business and being able to communicate with our customers fluently in their own language is part of that service. A knowledge of our products would be beneficial but is not essential as regular training will be provided. We are looking for a motivated individual to work as part of the customer service team and also provide cover for our translation team during holidays. A native Spanish speaker with excellent English, fluency in other languages an advantage.
